You can now find the list here. I hope some of you find it useful!
We love camping with our Standard Poodle Heidi and really like CGs with good dog runs. Here are two more in California to add to your list...

Campland: San Diego, CA (rating: Great)
Rivernook: Kernville, CA (rating: Fair)

Thanks for consolidating all go these CGsin one location. We will print a copy for our planning book and keep another copy in the Airstream.

Wilderness RV Resort in Ocala FL has 2 dog parks. One has a small pond, belly deep to my Schnauzer. Very nice and clean park too by the way.

I'm curious since I have once been to a campground that had a fenced in dog area. Are those places where you want your dog to be? Lots of stuff left behind by the mired of dogs that use the areas. On the other hand many campgrounds have designated areas for you to walk your animals. In those cases mine are on a leash and I can direct where I want them.

The few CGs that we have stayed at with dog runs were well maintained and clean. Maybe the dog owners in the CGs you experienced didn't clean up after there pets and the people who run the CG just don't care.. I have very little patience with owners like that and always call them on not cleaning up after there pets. Additionally, if a CG has an unclean or unmaintained dog run, we would wonder what else is unsanitary and we would probably find another CG to stay at.

Agreed.

One of our dogs will not go #2 while on her leash, so we have to seek these places out. We've never found a dog park or other fenced area that wasn't picked up after so far, but wouldn't hesitate to find an alternative if it didn't look safe.

We love dog runs for the girls. A lot of KOA's have something off leash.

Can't seem to make the link work to view the ones in this post. Any help would be appreciated.

Where is it?

I came to the link via Google. We travel in an Airstream and I'm searching for parks with great dog facilities for this years trip from Florida to Oregon. When I tried the link in the original post, it comes up as an invalid page. Does anyone have a copy of this list they can share.
Thanks
Andy
