Who has factory 275/70/R18s on an F-250/350 diesel 4X4
And what does the factory sticker recommend for pressure on the front?

Well I was finally able to locate a sticker. I changed my 16" wheel with 265s to the Ford Lariat 18" wheels with 275s. The factory sticker for the original size recommends 55 on the front while the factory sticker from a similar equipped truck with 18" 275's recommends 65 PSI. Maybe this will help someone someday with this question
