Where can I find wide mouth tow chain hooks?
I upgraded my hitch reciiever and the OEM hooks are a bit too small...

Perhaps a couple 1/2" or 5/8" quick chain links on your receiver will solve your problem. I have them on my trucks hitch and fasten the chains to them.
