Question tow Bambi 16' with Honda Odyssey?

The 3500 lb. towing limit for Honda Odyssey. Can you safely tow a Bambi 16? and which wiring harness is needed for TV?

We have been successfully towing our Bambi 16 with a Pilot with factory tow package and 4,500 rating. I would think the Odyssey with its extra length, lower center of gravity and same drivetrain as the Pilot should be able to handle it.

That's a loaded question; you'll get lots of options/opinions on here ranging from only trucks can tow, to get a diesel, to SUV's are perfectly fine. The Bambi 16 is fairly light and should be well within your towing limit at just under 2,900 pounds dry. The trailer's gross limit is 3,500 so you should be OK but now you're at your limit so watch what you carry. The best thing about the 16 is the relatively light tongue weight of 350 pounds - that shouldn't tax your set up too much. Of course you will absolutely need a class 4 hitch and a brake controller set up to connect the car to the trailer brakes. This is not as complex as it sounds, but it does need to be done properly. If you want to minimize as many towing issues as possible, I would also recommend a anti-sway/load leveling hitch set-up. (Budget about $1,200 extra dollars for the right hitch set-up and brake controller). Many out there that work quite well with the smaller set-ups. (I have a 19' and have gone overboard with the Husky Centerline, but then, that's one less thing I have to worry about!)

Tow Bambi 16 with Honda Odyssey

You surely can!
We have a 1999 Honda Odyssey and a 2013 Bambi 16 equipted with ----- Cub hitch.
Pulled it from El Dorado, Arkansas to Culver City, CA (L.A.)starting the 17th of December '14 and back on the first January.

Great weather and beautiful towing, back roads and Inter States going out.
Return was miserable weather (Ice, Sleet and Snow). On back roads and Inter States! Beautiful towing as well in advese conditions.

Total of 3700 miles and we deemed our trip a rip-roaring success.

Hook it up buddy, You will love it.

We met a lady at Jackson Center towing with a Lexus RX330. You've got more horsepower and a longer wheelbase and more payload.
Win, win, win!

As others have said, we tow a 1984 34' triple axle with our Honda Odyssey. We are within all payload, axle and tire ratings of the vehicle.

All details about our setup can be found in the link at the bottom of this post.
