For what it is worth that appears to be a European-spec airstream which has a much lighter tongue weight than a US-spec model. Note the little wheel that you manually crank down in the front for pushing the trailer around vs a standard fixed position electric jack that the US models come with.

The euro models built exclusively for export put significantly less stress on the tow vehicle receiver due to light tongue weight. Also note that there is no sway control / as that is not standard practice in Europe.

2018 GMC Sierra Denali 1500 4x4 towing an International 23FB. I'm towing with a Blue Ox WDH with 1,000 lb. bars. It works very well for me.
