The photo was taken in a place you had to look over your shoulder to see the middle of nowhere. In 12 years of full time travel in our 29' 1976 Airstream we have just gone blindly down dirt tracks not knowing what I would find or if we could get turned around. Out of the hundreds of dirt roads and following tracks we were stymied once. I just got good at backing the trailer into anything that would allow me to turn around. I won't describe the one time that the universe turned against us but suffice it to say, it took two hours to get turned around.

I will take the risk of one out of hundreds any time. Of course Brenda would be yelling at me going down those dirt roads with the unknown lying ahead. That would take all the fun out of it.

This guys website has a few real interesting RV "rescue's"...makes you think twice before venturing down those dirt roads to boondock!
