I tow with a 2008 Tundra. I've noticed that a ton of mud hits my trailer from the back wheels, enough to cover the aluminum mud guards on both sides of my AS.
Truck has the 'stock' plastic Toyota mud guards. They look ok but IMO they're a little short, only extend about 7" below the body.
Any ideas for 'universal' mud guards? Thinking of picking up another set of the 'DeWalt' branded rubber flaps from Costco that I just installed on my camper:

They are made by Huskyliner. I could also get the same item but with a SS weight at the bottom. (Worth it?)

Any comments before I pull the trigger?
- Rubber mats $40/pair at my local costco
- Weighted mats $60 shipped at Amazon
Leaning toward the latter for my truck, I think the rubber mat was the right call for the AS.
