Parkit360 Won’t Move over Grass

We have a Flying Cloud 23 and we purchased the Parkit360 10K to move it across from our grassy front yard to the backyard (which is gravel).

We need it to move backwards through the side of the house and the Parkit360 won’t simply do it. When we try to back it up the tires rotate in place and start digging a hole on our grass/ lawn.
We tried using wood planks and concrete pavers to create some traction, but nothing worked. It just moved a few inches and stopped.

Battery was fully charged.

Any idea what we could be doing wrong?

There were a couple of different tire tread patterns available when my brother in law bought his. He got the aggressive farm tractor tread and has no problems. They also had a "turf tire", which is pretty smooth.

I’d try laying down some plywood for the park it wheels to roll on perhaps. I’d also remove the batteries and propane tanks to lighten the load on the park it.

We got it!

We got it! We managed to move it!!! 💃🏼Putting more weight on the tongue and maneuvering to get out of the hole we were in did the trick. We then got stuck at another hole and used a plank to move out of it. Once we got to our gravel path everything went very smoothly.
Parkit360 recommended changing to 6.5” tires and in the meantime deflating them a bit. It seemed to work.
Thanks for all your suggestions!!!

If possible, dump water, empty holding tank(s). If you pull the propane and batts, you will reduce your hitch weight which may or may not be helpful.

Unrelated, I had a high capacity P360XL and it literally tore itself apart. I overbought the capacity at the time thinking I would upgrade. I think it had a rating of around 12k. I didn't even withstand 7500lbs before the hitch ball mounting point totally ripped apart from the frame of the power dolly.

I bit the bullet and bought a 15k Airtug and it pulls the trailer like it's barely even there. Great traction and FAR less wrestling with movement. When your parkit eventually fails, seriously consider the Airtug....far, far, far fewer problems...but it's not inexpensive, esp if you already flipped for the Parkit first.
