I suggest one made of metal, there's lots to choose from, the ones made of wood just don't hold up.[emoji16]
It assumed you're speaking of weight distribution/sway reduction type hitches.
Seriously, they all work well enough to varying degrees. The most important thing is getting the hitch properly setup. An inexpensive well set up hitch will outperform an expensive improperly setup hitch.
A Reese Dual Cam will do a fine job. That is the one I use. I think the Blue Ox and the Pro Pride are probably excellent hitches also. All 3 of these hitches provide some positive sway control and will transfer some weight to the front to restore steering. A trailer this size is a good load and needs a good hitch even with a 350. I think the 800 lb bars on the Reese would be about right with that rig. I like the bars a little soft for the tongue weight. I like the 800 with my 25 and the 1000 with my 32.
Be sure you have a good solid receiver on the truck.
