I too have asked about warranty issues when towing our trailer and never heard of anyone being denied warranty work.

It's interesting that the local Infiniti dealer also sells and installs Nismo high performance parts as in turbo chargers etc. Once again never heard of any warranty issues.

Back in the 70's I ran a 1970 AMX at the local drag strip for a season. Blew a head gasket and broke a head bolt. AMC fixed the problem under warranty and didn't ask any questions about use of the car.

The vehicle was Honda certified and was purchased with an extended three year nose to tail warrantee.
