Mercedes tow

We have a 1972 22’ Argosy and we were wondering if it could be towed with a 2002 Mercedes ML55. Our truck we had been towing with died and had to go away. I believe it has a 5000 lb rating. I have not been able to find out a definite answer. Thanks

I don't see why not. If probably connected it can be towed.

It will tow nicely, if as gator says, the hitch is set up correctly.

We towed a 2007 20' FC with our ML500 with no problems. And we just don't tow in the flats. NY to Alaska and in the lower 48 out west every year.

You'll be fine.
