How to replace new style tail light

One of the LED tail lights on my 2014 Eddie Bauer is not functioning properly. Does anyone know the trick for replacing the lamp? Also, is it a standard model tail light available broadly? Thanks very much. I

I have the round LED lights. I got mine from Airstream supply. Unscrew the old one, cut the caulk and unplug. Reassemble in reverse order.
