DIY Weight Distribution Hitch Handle
I broker a finger working with my WDH, so I invented a simple hitch handle to make it easier to maneuver. You can see how I did it, here:
I am talking to Marc Leach of Keep Your Daydream because I got the idea from one of his videos!

Very clever. I am tired of getting grease on my hands from moving mine around.

What a great idea, I have been using a short bar to do that but I think I will be copying your creation, I like the Dewalt box idea too. I am about 1/2 your size so both of these innovative ideas will help me

Just another idea. Husky 2 ton trolley jack form Home Depot $33 and a 2.5 inch to 2 inch receiver adapter mounted on the jack and notch cut out to fit Equalizer shank. Works great and no lifting. I leave it sitting in the jack until ready to use.

The Equalizer head sits on a Harbor Freight small dolly. $8.
I use the handle to pick up the hitch, but don't put your toes under it.

Thanks for that idea! Smart!
I tried the orange commercial handle, but I couldn't turn it around due to the drop of my hitch.
