CanAm Kudos!
I know Can Am is revered by many on the forums which is what led me to call and email them.
Talk about great service and people!
I was very worried that my TV, 2015 Armada SV rated for only 6500#, wasn't up to snuff to tow my 25FB FC. I contacted Can Am and hoped that they wouldn't mind advising me from a couple thousand miles away. Wow. John W there spent a good 15 minutes with me going over my tow set up, talked me off the ledge and educated me with kindness, professionalism and courtesy. He ended the call by giving me his email address to send him a photo of my hitch set up in case I had any more concerns or questions, and invited me to stop by if I was ever in the neighborhood. I also received an email back within 24 hours from Philip Tipler who gave me similar advice. They saved me as I was all prepared to go out and buy a new TV and did it with class.
Just had to let the world know!
