F250 for 25FCFB

I tow my 25FC with a 2017 F250 4x4 Diesel. I hardly know it’s back there and no issues. It’s the best truck I have ever owned.

We are out FT and since February have towed approx. 13K miles all around the mountainous west in all types of weather. I went with the 250 so my non-towing ride quality would be better with a 350.

First I am no expert on towing capacity etc, nor do I trust the knowledge of most car salespersons when it comes to trucks. Anyway I ended up buying a 2012 F250 to pull our 2012 25 ft FC. it pulls it like a charm. Wren possible I put it on cruise control and let the truck do the rest. It does not loose speed going up hill nor does it gain speed going down hill. As to towing weight I have never worried about the truck being overloaded.

I did look at the F150 but it had just come out. Anyway I do not believe you would go wrong with the F250
