Blue Ox WD Question

I have decided to purchase a Blue Ox WD Sway Pro for the '75 Sovereign 31' that I am refurbishing. My TV is a 2001 Chevy Silverado 1/2 ton with a tow package and air boots on the rear suspension. I have not finished the trailer yet so it hasn't been weighed. Should I purchase the 750# tongue weight capacity or 1000#?
