Barker Jack Brake Slipping

The Heavy Duty Barker Jack on my 2015 Classic began slipping for the first time yesterday. Happened when lifting AS while still hitched to truck. Lifting to relieve pressure on weight distribution bars before detaching. The jack began slipping and I had to keep bumping the up switch long enough to disconnect. Once unhitched and lowered to make AS level no slippage yet. Don't know what to expect when I go to hook up. Any suggestions will help.

Sounds like replacement under warranty is in order. I see the 2016s now have Atwood Jacks. I had the older design Barker Superjack then damaged it. Got a replacement Superjack from Barker. Noticed some issues with it and sent it back under the Barker warranty. A different one was returned, seemed to work OK at first but now makes a terrible rattling noise on the down stroke in certain positions. Normal on jacking up. I'm ready to give up on Barker.
