4Runnner & 16 ft Caravel Combo??

Hello, I Need some help!
Is there anyone out there towing a Caravel 16 ft with a Toyota 4Runner?
If so please share?!
My 2020 4Runner has tow limits of 5000 lbs and 500 lbs at the hitch.

Looking at buying a 16 ft Caravel that weights in at:
3500 lbs empty
490 lbs at the hitch
GVWR top end is 4300lbs,
I will probably never go over 4000 lbs total wt.

Second question:
The Caravel has two batteries and two propane tanks
Can i tow with just one battery and just one tank to save on hitch weight?
I will probably never be Boondocking and staying in spots with full hookups.

Hello.

We are towing with a 2015 Tacoma that has a max weight of 6500. We have a 16' Caravel. While in a lot of situations it seems to do relatively well, there are some places where it is insufficient. We have a relatively long and steep driveway that we have to back up, and the truck really struggles with that. Additionally, we upgraded from a 2015 T@B which weighed in at around 2100. We took that down Teton Pass and that experience convinced me that we wouldn't want to do that or something similar without a beefier TV.
