single mattress slides around

when we wake up, mattress has moved all over the place....i was thinking about building a frame around the mattress made of wood strips. enclosing the bottom of the mattress within the strips....any thoughts on this problem??

Same problem in 26U..went to Home Depot and bought some lengths of rubbery stuff they use under area carpets to keep them from sliding around. It's beige in color. Just used an office stapler to tack it in place under the mattress. Worked great. Comes in different sizes.
