If you really are looking for big stuff, you should fill your tires with Argon. It measures .363 nm and exists in our air, making up .9% of it. I like Gene's idea of helium but the competition with the circus balloon industry might make this too expensive.
Don't pay to fill your tires with argon.

Following the theory of reductive osmosis, all the oxygen will leak out, followed by the nitrogen, leaving nothing but pure argon. All I need to do is keep topping off with more air and eventually it will be all argon.

Argon is one of the gases used in “neon” lights. If you attach electricity to the tires, will they light up? It would be a good way to find a leak since the hole should be brighter.

I guess our Subaru had nitrogen in the tires since it came with green caps. For some reason I think excited argon is blue, so now we’ll need blue caps. Since oxygen is used to clean things, are oxygen filled tires cleaner? If we put pure oxygen in the tires, can we use it when we are short of breath as we cross the Colorado mountains?

Please disregard this post if you are looking for science, a much maligned discipline used in some countries.
