We have purchased a 2004 25B Safari. We have never owned a TT and would like to know what kind of insurance we need to have? What is the best company?

There are a number of threads that discuss insurance and the costs and benefits of different carriers. Do a search on "insurance" and peruse some of those threads. You should find some good comparisons there.

I have USAA and they have been great handling claims on my previous trailers.

Make sure to get a full replacement policy. That is a must!

I attempted to get mine insured through USAA but they asked me "How much did it cost new?" Having not being the original owner and it was new 27 years ago I couldnt answer that. They wouldn't insure it until I could answer their original cost question.
Don't make any sence if you ask me.
