evening all
well today i like the door........
it's not like other trailer doors......
because someone built it just more me.....
ideally it would fit my trailer like a glove....
and when closed suck down tight like tupperware....
but the fact is, it doesn't fit perfectly.....
because it was built just for me.....
i've had it a adjusted a time or two.....
so it closes easier and is a little more true.....
still i know it'a a little loose......
did i mentioned it was built like like me ?
cheers

It's Thursday, and I like my Airstream:
It's Thursday, and I like my Airstream because it just fits me and my dog and flatscreen tv and the dog food and the fishing poles and computer and the shotguns and rifles and ammo and tools and lantern and folding chairs and harley parts and fly fishing gear, Oh heck I could go on and on, I just love it!!

It's Thursday and I like my Airstream...
...because it's the first thing that welcomes me home.
(it's sort of parked in a conspicuous spot in front of the house!)
It will look better without the dent on the front curved panels, but to me it's perfect!

It's Thursday and I Miss My Airstream
"The Tube" is still at GSM in NY waiting for her exterior to be restored. I/we really miss her and hope GSM gets her done soon....

At this time of year I should be working on her interior "improvements" (I'm not sure Leon agrees they are improvements, but in this space I rule). I'm ready for camping season to start and I just want her HOME.

Me too, me too!
I moved into a new house January 1st, I need to put a gate in my back fence, move my front fence to make room to move the shed at the back before "Maxwell" can come home! Pray for an early spring so we can get Max home!

It's Thursday......
I like my Airstream because it's so....me!
Everybody looks 'cause it's unique....like me!
They twist their heads to read the logo.
They slow down as they pass... and some even give a thumbs up!
I need a sign that says, "Made 'ya look!"
As I sit at the Myrtle Beach Wal-Mart tonight getting ready to shut it down for the night I like my Airstream because tomorrow right after breakfast, before my 10 a.m. sales call I get to replace another header manifold gasket. And that's o.k. .... 'cause I know how to do that!! I like my Airstream tonight because it's here and so am I.
Oh, and it's the curb side gasket and that's the right side.

I love my Airstream because when I was pulling out of Wickiup AZ last week about 20 minutes before sunrise, a turbo Porsche pulled up beside me on the highway and gave me a . Too cool. Not to mention many cars of 20-somethings who come up alongside over the past few years with guys and gals all doing the same thing.

It's Thursday and I MISS my Argosy because the Twink is still at the RV doctors getting an Inttelipower transplant and a new 12V fuse panel. At last report he was doing well, though something was said about getting into that tight space and removing that shelf and trying to turn around in that bathroom, but waiting here at home must be harder than what the "surgeons" are going through. It is so lonely without him here beside the house. I can't wait till he gets home next week.

...as soon as my mom and dad move up here tomorrow, my Safari will have a big sister in my parents' Excella!

by gosh, it is Thursday! I love my AS's because they always give me something to do. When I'm on the road, I'm in my own spaceship that cocoons me wherever I go. I open the door in the mornings on new and exciting vistas. Umm, and they all have nifty little wine cellars!
