Rivet Cutter or Shaver?

Hello. I'm starting to remove some interior pieces from my Argosy, and I'm wondering if anyone can point me to a good rivet cutting tool. Thanks!

Rechargable drill with an extra battery and a #30 drill bit and alot of patience. Be carefull and don't drill thru the outer skin. If you are not comfortable put a piece of duct tape around the bit to keep it from drilling too deep

If you have any Bucked rivets in your interior- dont drill them out, only the pop rivets. And get several #30 bits you will need them.
