No rear lights on lip

Restored 76 Argo, took off rear lip to repair cracks last year. I’m 99% sure they was working due I left one bulb out. Now ready for road I have no rear lights on the lip. The clearance and the license plate lights work! No blinkers, taillight, turn signal or brake. I don’t have a clue where to start looking. The plug to the truck is original and seen better days but worked before restoration. My biggest concern is when reinstalling the bathroom trim that I could have knicked a wire, but would that cause all lights on rear lip to be not working? Althea grounds on the rear lights are original connection with surface rust only. As you can tell I’m not an electrician and ANY advice would be appreciated.
