Moving On

Thanks to all for advice and a kind word when needed. We have decided to put our 24' Minuet up for sale and look for a smaller trailer. Will be posting a for sale ad soon.

So we talking caravel or Bambi or have we decided that the pop up generation needs some reevaluation? Either way enjoy and what ever you choose it all good as long as you are happy. Safe travels

Maybe a Casita or similar?
You might think about restoring an older smaller Airstream (if you can find one) and join those who have found a long term hobby. Of course, it will be a while before you get it camping again. Hmmm. Just a thought.

I find that the Minuet is a nice size that tows well with my Tacoma. It weighs about 3300# when I get ready to go - pretty close to what the Caravel is supposed to weigh.

New Trailer

I hate to admit it, but I just have too many projects going and I want to spend more time camping rather than fixing. So yesterday we picked up a 21' Bigfoot trailer. It needs tires/wheels and some polish along with re-sealing the seams on the roof vents. Other than that it is ready to go, so out with the cool gleam of aluminum and in with the shine of fiberglass!
