Question Converter box under fridge...

Under the fridge in our 1991 Argosy 33 ft. trailer the converter box comes on and off much to often. It's where the fuses are and I've made sure everything is connected correctly and that the fuses are the right size. Why is this happening? Is there anything that we can do to keep this thing from coming on so frequently? Seems like it is some fan inside or something that turns on. Isn't so bad until unless we are trying to sleep. Thanks for any advice you can share!

The converter is probably always on, just the fan coming on when the heat builds. Not a lot to do but live with it or vent it and try to keep it cooler so the fan cycles less.

Take control of the converter

Converters are valuable but get warm and make lots of hummmmming.
The easy method of controlling a converter is to add a switch to the converter outlet, where the unit is plugged in. Some wiring ability required. A battery selector switch is also a nice feature of a charging system. While using the converter for power, the battery can be not used or charged. Over charging batterys leads to battery destruction. Frank
