Argosy tail lights

Restoring/painting argosy. Our rear tail argosy lip is in rough shape. We have removed and want to replace with just lights (brake/backup). Does anyone have suggestions for surfaces mounted lights, our rv has no hole for recessed lights and don’t want to cut new a hole. The curvature of the rear corners are making it difficult to find a clean looking light package without facing at an angle to the side rather than to the rear. Thanks for suggestions

Hiya! Do you mean you want to make a change kind of like this photo? If so, I am in the same boat and I found this blog post to get me started (see link to pin below, found it through Pinterest).
