We had to remove the cabinet beside the frig to get it out. So glad we did!

Hi Ya'll, We are doing a full monte on our new to us Argosy 1976 28ft. We have cleaned the black goo off the roof. Used parrbond to seal the cap seams. Should we paint the exterior and then seal any leaks or seal the leaks then paint the exterior? Thanks for your help
