2 new argosys

So I'm going to be picking up 2 argosy campers this weekend. a 24ft with the bathroom completely removed, and a 30ft I think, that sat for 15 or so years.
I plan on remodeling the bathroom in the 24 and keeping it, and I think my friend may end up with the 30ft.
I'm buying them from another friend, and i've only seen a pic or two, so its kinda sight unseen!
The short one was hit in the rear, and they took out the bathroom to fix it and thats about all that was done. the dent has been pushed back out but it might need some finesse to make it smooth again.
Not having seen them, I'm kinda curious of the location of the black and grey tanks, the 24 is a 77 model. wondering if the tanks were above the floor or under it? can't really go see as they're 6hrs away. as far as I know, its been taken down to the wood floor back there.
been reading on here for a week or so but still alot to learn.

Black will be above floor with toilet sitting on top of it. The gray will be in the rear also below the floor and sits between the rails in a galvanized box

I guess I'll know sunday! going to go move them this weekend. if the grey is below, it might still be in there. sounds like I'll be buying a new black tank though. oh well I want it customized to me anyhow.
might be a long drawn out bath rebuild though, as I'm taking the short one to my parents to leave it for a "spare bedroom" for the time being. commode and shower are not as important as a bed to sleep in!

Well I got the two campers moved. I took the short one to my parents so I have a place to sleep while I'm visiting, and the big one I brought home so I can sell it I guess. I got a friend interested possibly.
Anyhow, the 24ft one needs two new panels in the rear, from being rearended. I will have to bring it home to do that, but I would like to go ahead and get the parts collected for it. the right rear needs the lower, and next up panel, and the banana wrap. I'm in Tn, so should I just try to get them directly from the ohio place? what are your thoughts on buying panels? it prob will also need the inner rib that runs down by the pass side of the rear window. they both need axles but still towed great!

some pics of both campers. the 24ft is a 77, and the 27ft is a 78 or 79, depends if you go by the paperwork or vin!

well I got all the rivets drilled out of the rear window of the 78, and was going to take it out and put it in the 77, but realized it was pop riveted inside as well, and ran out of time. So I will have to swap the rear window another time. the one in the 77 is slightly damaged from getting rearended.
anyone else swap rear windows? how much trouble was it?
