On TV lastnight...

Lastnight on the Travel Channel was “Kings of the Road: Secrets of RV’s”. I thought it to be fairly interesting but as usual I would have preferred more on the AirStream. I did notice however, in the 10 – 15 min. segment they featured on the AirStream that they spoke (briefly) of a 9’ TT. In the bit of time that I have become addicted to my AirStream, yes I have the disease, I had not seen or read anything on a 9’ TT by AirStream. For knowledge and curiosity sake, does anyone have any information on these?

Thanks to all for your help and information.

Nine FEET???

You must have mis-heard that. The very smallest travel trailer I've ever seen was 10 feet (a tiny 1960s Shasta Compact) and it's about the size of a walk-in closet -- and not a big one, either.

Even assuming the nine feet didn't include the hitch length, you're still talking about something comparable to a Casita 13 , in other words, very small. That's not Airstream's strength, so I doubt they are really considering something like that.

Maybe nine meters (28 ft)? Or "nineteen" feet (the Bambi)? Or maybe a trailer nine feet wide ?
