Hello Armin -- Welcome to Air Forums and thanks so much for posting this!
Are some of the new Airstreams selling in Europe? We'd certainly hope for the best. It's nice to see the brand expand, especially with features possibly tempting to North American consumers.
The download takes a few minutes. The video is 3:12 long, accompanied by Fastball's Airstream song. Very nice scenery. Thanks again for sharing!

Almost always sunny here unless there is a hurricane bearing down on you. And then it's time to hook up the burb and roll. So far I've been very lucky.

This short film has brought back memories of the first European Caravan.
What a great trip reel to reel.

Ausgezeichnet!
Thanks for that, it's a very cute video! I love the way you decorated the trailer.
I know that "stunden" means grant, but could you explain more of your goals, or was it just simply to promote raod travel in Germany, with an Airstream because of the interest it would develop?

Hello,
thanks to everybody for the nice comments on the video.
It was some fun driving around in Germany with this Airstream 684 international. It also was a hell of a driving and long days of working.
The Roadhshow was a cobined promotion Tour fo Airstream Germany and FTI which is one of the leading group of travel agencies.
We visited 19 cities and in each city we have placed the airstream on a public place or in front of a mall. The people from the local travel office joined us then and promoted traveling for FTI Group with brochures and videos that we played in the trailer.
We are the only Airstream Dealership in Germany quit in a central location.
From the boarders its about a 300 miles drive to us...nothing that a typical german will do on a sunday afternoon to take a first look at an airstream.
So I informed my customers and prospects in advanced about the tour to give them a chance to take a look at an Airstream 684. Quite a few took the chance to do so and also people who have never been in contact with Airstream had their first chance to see one of the new Airstream Europe models.
After two year if beeing an official Airstream partner in Germany we are still at the very beginning of marketing theses great trailers over here.
But interrest is rising every year.
"Sonnen Stunden" the slogan on the top of the Airstream means "sun hours" or better translated "sommer feeling".
The other stickers on the trailers are the trade marks of the travel operators that have sonsored the Roadhshow like some of the best know cruise ship operators...
Regards
Armin
PS. we also did a Photo shooting with Infiniti car brand in Paris with an Airstream 532. They have an Airstream Story in their lates customer magazin. I hope to post some pictures or a video soon here...

Enjoyed the video, you made it look like fun. It is remarkable how much road touring in Germany looks like road touring in America. Looking forward to your future posts.
