Thanks for the heads-up. It's a sad day in my opinion.
RV One Superstores (d.b.a. Tampa RV) owns nearly 27 acres of land along I-4 just outside of Tampa. Approximately half of the land is currently paved/developed. There is quite a bit of property remaining for expansion. It's difficult for me to imagine how removing these trailers significantly increases the ability for the dealership to expand.
RV One has demolished an icon (billboard) they could have used as an advertising tool for many years to come. I suspect karma will have a way of dealing with this.
I don't think it's a "new" Airstream dealership coming to Tampa - I suspect it's an expansion of RV One Superstores (Tampa RV)
