I had a laugh about that too! It probably is "far flung" to the reporter sitting in his NYC office.

Anybody know if the group photo was the WBCCI Four Corners Unit, and where the picture of the desert campground was taken?

Pam and I watched the segment. Got me thinking, with all the reality shows on these days, I thought we should have made a pitch to do a reality show on our project. We had no knowledge of Airstreams prior to purchasing. Brought it home joined a forum, started learning from others past experiences. All the ups and downs and trips to get tools and hardware, would have made for a great show. We could have had a good run maybe four or five seasons. From start to camping.

We have relatives in San Francisco who hadn't visited Arizona until a few years ago. Before they came, they thought we tied our horses to a hitchin' post when we went shopping, and Indian attacks were a constant worry. -- Honestly, they didn't know what to expect when they got here.

By the way, the last time we were attacked by coyotes and I had to shoot a rattlesnake in camp was ... never!

It's supposed to be 80 degrees today and in the 70's all of next week. Great weather for the Pro- and Super-Bowls. However, there's a slight chance of rain on a couple of days.

We suffer soo much here, like that little piranha infestation that gobbled up spring break here on Lake Victoria (Havasu).

Personally I thought it had less to do with a recovering economy and more to do with the tipping point of baby boomers hitting retirement in 2015.

Also, found it funny he says folks are spending 20,30 and 40K for a new trailer while standing in front of what is clearly an 90K trailer. lol
