Airstream & Coach Net (Good Sam alternative)

Today I got a letter in the mail from Airstream - announcing that they've "partnered" with Coach Net.

2012 Airstreams and forward will get after hours support included in the cost of their coaches - I'm betting for a couple of years at most.

2011 and back - well we can sign up for the benefits for $99.50 per year - and you're entered to win a $100 gas card. I'll see if I can scan them and send the paperwork.

I don't see a difference between this and Good Sam - and I know Good Sam isn't just a shot in the dark but has stood the test of time.

Interesting information, Paula. Thanks for posting. It does sound very similar to GS coverage, and price. I went to their site and found the Airstream press release that was linked at the bottom of the page. Here is a statement from the press release:

"Through its Coach-Net line of services, NMC has served the RV industry for the last 25 years and is included with vehicle purchase in 70% of all new RV models."

I may have taken it out of context, but I'm a bit surprised AS wasn't already among that 70%.

A/S has offered this in the past.

When we bought our 2004 A/S, it came with 1 year of Coach-Net service.
