Inland RV had new mattresses made for our 75 Ambassador. I would contact them and see if they can point you in the right direction.

Howdy David -- Welcome to the Forums! I've got a '74 Argosy and found twin mattresses at Camping World. They're a bit longer than a standard twin. Measure first ... maybe check online before heading off to a CW. They come boxed and vacuum compressed.
Sheets? Check J.C. Penneys and ask for college dorm twin sheets. Dorm beds are uniformly longer than a standard twin these days.

Check out the thread by george1. Fairly recent and has a lot of good hits on replacement including a select air made for airstreams and the original mattresses. I am leaning towards keeping my originals as the foam is in good shape, nut the oattress cover is in need of replacement. I would consider air , but if you double duty as seating that might not be as desirable. I was mucking about today on demo of the old copper tubing and stripping the remaining film off the windows...joy oh joy Still, feels good working on it again.
DId ya post pictures yet?

It sits in a field 10 miles from here. I'm not keeping it once I un-warp the door.

You might look at Knox Foam. Custom cut foam, custom made covers, custom made pillows, foam, bed wedge, bolster, pillow, emory foam mattress, memory foam pillows.
They can custom cut foam mattresses if that is what you are looking for and make custom fit covers as well. I had them make replacement covers for the twin beds in my 75 Argosy - the foam was fairly new. I ordered them online and they arrived in 7 days. Perfect fit.

Check out PPL motorhomes, I beleive they are in Houston, and they stock most sizes from cheap to plush!

Check with a local furniture store. We had ours made. The company took our old ones for a pattern. They turned out great.
Good Luck
