Looking at a 1978 Sovereign

Hi everyone - I’m hoping I can get some advice from those who know more than me. There’s a 1978 Sovereign Land Yacht rear bath for sale local to me.

Tires are dry rotted, they say it’s been moved recently. Looks like it has some mild cosmetic updates inside. Awning is not currently attached for an unknown reason. Possibly a dent towards the front.


So question for those that know, should I even look at this thing for the price? Or keep searching?
