Does a 35' 1974 Sovereign exist?

I ran across this ad and am interested:
1974 Airstream Land Yacht 35'Sovereign Aluminum Travel Trailer
The problem is, I can't find any other info on a 35' Sovereign, seems they are all 31'. IS the owner just mistaken, it does look longer in the pics to me. Any help is appreciated.

31 foot trailer as the longest built that year.

It is a 31' rear bath model. Same as my 1975...

Its a 31 there were no 35fters. Its the same floor plan but a different color scheme as my 77 27ft Overlander. Only difference is this one appears to have twin beds in the rear.

Thanks for clearing that up for me. I hope I can go and check it out, seems like it could be a good deal depending on condition.
