77 sovereign issues to look for

Hello!
Stumbled on a 77 sovereign (31' center bath, rear twin sleep area) for sale and although it's 3+ hours north of us we are interested.

Per the sales post a lot of items has been done/updated. But want to know if there are questions we should ask over the phone that would help give insight if it's worthy of us driving the distance to look at it.

I know the one concern I have stumbled upon is the rear sag.
Any other items?

Just purchased 76 with rear sag 27 ft Overlander...Understand not a hard fix? Steel for both sides, 200.O0 and pull the pan..Weld to frame to repair...Just bought it two days ago that is what was the fix I was told from another AS owner....What I think I know... God Bless and Good Traveling...
