1974 Sovereign - Dometic Fridge Parts

Hello community, my wife and I recently purchased a restored 1974 31' Sovereign. A lot was done to restore and maintain the original components of the unit. One issue I am currently facing is the condition of the fridge dials and shafts for controlling the gas/electric switch as well as the two temp dials.

Does anyone know where I might obtain used or refurbished parts for the pieces I listed above? I have a service manual and can provide the original part numbers.

It would be most helpful if you could post photos of what you need. For example, I have a bunch of old Dometic refrigerator parts, but there are no parts numbers on them, and I am not sure exactly what refrigerator models they came from. So, photo matching is often a good way to identify them.
