Unhappy 87 25' Sovereign, floor wet under armrest

We bought our trailer last year. Good condition overall. Wanted to go on the road but decided to clean inside first. Found floor in the rear under the beds wet. Started investigating and found common problem of leak from the bumper plate. Took out part of the floor around the rear curve and replaced it. Sealed the trim and bumper plate and had no more leaks. Everything else seemed fine. Was to cold to go camping by that time and we winterized the trailer and parked it in the driveway. No cover. Now we started replacing the carpet with nice vinyl planking.Almost finished up to the front to the folding couch. Took the armrests out street side and found the floor and carpet wet on the side up to the battery compartment. Did not tow the trailer. Checked the compartment from the outside no wetness. My question is how do I find the leak? It has to be above the curb? From the trim or higher? See pictures.
Any help suggestions are appreciated.
