85 AS Sov 25' side bath, Water distribution diagram

Hi folks, i have a 1985 Sovereign, 25 foot, side bath with full bed. I am replacing my hot water heater and noticed that the old white plastic plumbing is deteriorating. Some of the crimped connectors came off with no effort. I've decided to re plumb with pex and sharkbite connectors. I've used them before and like them very much.

I have replaced most of the visible lines, but I'm not sure how/where the crossover line is from the side bath to the kitchen. I also can't see where the water tank makes the connection to the system. I have the 1985 service manual, but AS did not include the diagram for the 25 foot model. Has anyone done this or have any suggestions?

I also have a 1985 25' Sovereign and am trying to find a plumbing schematic. I have a water leak that appears to be located between the wood floor and sheet metal. Were you ever able to find one?

Here is what I found in my '85 repair manual. Its not very helpful, but it's all they have in there.
