Looking for a door latch for 88 Excella

Howdy folks - so the door latch on my 32' Exella trailer broke a bit ago. Basically, the "pin" part that actually goes into the door frame completely broke from the handle. We had to pull all of it out, and now we just have a functionless handle and a door that stays closed only with the deadbolt.

So, I'm on the hunt either for a used door handle assembly OR some way to get replacement pieces for the "pin" part that broke.

Anyone have any ideas?

Mine is also broken but I think I can fix it. In any event, the original Keeler Brass lock is no longer manufactured. You may get lucky and find one used but I haven’t been that lucky. I have seen one for sale that is supposed to work with modifications. Vintage Trailer Supply used to have some and I would check with them but did not see them there now. I think this might be it...
