How To Replace Door Shades

I purchased a 1987 34' Excella 1000 with a two door layout this past fall and was wondering if anybody has any experience replacing the pull down shades / blinds that are recessed into the doors? They look like regular old shades, but I can't get to the ends of the roll where the ends are mounted in the end brackets. I am hoping there is an easier way to replace them than drilling out the rivets on the interior skin of the door. Any help or hints would be appreciated.
