Announcing Airstream Life magazine!
I am pleased to formally announce the launch of AIRSTREAM LIFE magazine!
AIRSTREAM LIFE
Many of you knew this was coming, and I thank you for your patience and assistance.
For everyone else, let me introduce Airstream Life to you. It is the official Airstream quarterly lifestyle magazine -- developed in cooperation with Airstream Inc.
Starting with our first issue in June 2004, Airstream Life will bring you 64 full-color pages entirely devoted to the world of Airstreaming.
I hope you'll check it out and take advantage of the Early Bird subscription offer we have on the website. (Please note that our website is still a little rough -- we are tweaking and adding pages even as I write this!)
I also hope you'll consider entering our Photo Contest, and contributing to future issues. There's more information about all those things at our website -- just click the link above.
I'll post the official Press Release on this thread a little later tonight. Thanks to everyone who has helped so far!
-- Rich

Web problems
Sorry, it's not you. We've been having recurrent DNS problems this week and it looks like they just cropped up again.
My apologies to everyone who tried to hit the website tonight -- we'll get it back up ASAP.
In the meantime, you can use this link:

Like to get it but...
I went to the site to order the magazine but the order page is not on a secure server.
Anyother way we can order and pay for this? Maybe paypal?
Let me know here or you can PM me.
Thanks

Yes, we will have a secure server in a month or so. In the meantime, you can pay via check if you prefer. Mailing address is on the site (PO Box 74, Ferrisburg, VT 05456)
I'll check into PayPal. We could have that up in just a few days if the Internet Gods smile upon us ...

Isn't there an easier way to pay while the promotion is still running?
Thanks!

I hear ya!
We are working on the PayPal option now (as of midnight EST). How's that for customer responsiveness?
In the meantime, go ahead and fill out the form and leave the payment info blank. We'll contact you via email to arrange PayPal or another method to your liking. Doing this prior to March 30 will "lock in" the discount rate.

And I'm sorry for the website problems tonight. I just found out that the problem we are experiencing will cause an error message after you click the SUBMIT button on our order form.
This might lead you to believe that we didn't get your order. Don't worry -- we did! And if you clicked it twice, don't worry -- we won't enter two subscriptions.
Again, sorry for the website issues. This has been a challenging start!

Paying by mail
I would rather do this by mail if that is an option. Is your mail dept. open for business?
Your new mag fills a void that needed filling. I hope the road ahead for you goes smoothly.
The vintage and travel sections sound interesting. I hope you are able to give them more than a couple of pages.
Checks in the mail. Bob

Thanks, guys! Keep sending us your ideas and "wishes" for the magazine! They are very helpful.
Yes, if you have trouble with the online form you can send a subscription request to:
Airstream Life
PO Box 74
Ferrisburg, VT 05456
with your name, mailing address, phone #, and a check for $26 (prior to March 30).
And we hope to have a PayPal option on the website next week.

I just went through the website and encountered no problems at all. If the magazine follows the path of the webpage and the mgmt. team demonstrates such quick customer response time, I'm sure this will be a great magazine and could really have a positive impact on the Airstreaming way of life for the young and old trailers. Best of luck, Rich. My subscription's in!

Airstream Life
This is great news; it'll be nice having an upscale publication on my coffee table, aimed for young families, craftsman, working professionals, designers or other enthusiasts. I'll check out the website to become a Charter subscriber!

Oh yeah... I'm getting close to getting some good pix of the inside of my new/old Airstream. I'll forward them to you soon.
