New to us airstream on coast, need help to protect exterior!

Hello, we are the very new and proud owners of a 2003 Bambi airstream. We live right on the ocean in a very coastal climate and need help on what to do to protect the exterior. It has been sitting in a dry climate uncovered for the last 15 years and has had zero maintenance done to it or use! Suggestions on how to protect from the marine environment (products etc) and get ready for our first trip this winter!

One of my prior trailers lived about 500 yards from the ocean for the entire time I owned it, 4-5 years.
My 34' that I own now lived about the same for a couple years before I owned it.

Even though they were exposed to sea water mist on a regular basis, I did not do anything special. Wash regularly, wax once per year.

Keep the steel parts painted.
