Considering a 2001 27f

Hi,
The coach is on its 3rd owner.
Cursory look seems as its been well cared for.
Current owner seems pretty meticulous.
Removed the Tv/microwave cabinate. Installed a 32i LCD.
Removed, the sofa. Replaced with overstuffed recliners.sofa and cabin ate are not available anymore.
Removed the stove and inserted the microwave.
Replaced the countertop, cooktop.
Installed a patterned metalized backsplash that runs to the length to the sink window.
Added a 32i LCD bedroom.
While we like it. We're thinking that it now sleeps, (and seats), 2.
Albeit comfortably.
My wife wonders if it's feasible to do a reconfiguration that mirrors the 66" sofa,
42 by 76 Dinette that the current flying cloud can be configured...
Are thier guys that can do that? is it a DIY opportunity?Thoughts.

Also, when the current owner installed the backsplash he didn't re-instal the tank monitoring panel. He doesn't boon dock and said they didnt work but I think it still needs it. He says the wires are behind the back splash.... ugH.

Also, the two vents are bot powered. The current owner says that you can run power from the

I think it's competitively priced so I won't get into that.

I really appreciate any feedback.....

Professional Inspection - pay for it!

Modifications can be beautifully done, or not so much. If you like it as is, no problem.

Did you post this?

I ask because I THINK this trailer is for sale again and I want to know how old the pictures are? If it is a scam or not.
