Upgrade to 16 inch Wheels and Tires

I've been chronicling all the major changes I've made to my Safari in this thread - here is the latest.

I swapped out the OEM 15 inch steel wheels and Goodyear Marathon tires for new 16 inch Sendel Wheels and Michelin Tires. I experienced the dreaded tread separation on one of the Marathons last summer out in the middle of Idaho on the way back to California from the Tetons - literally 100 miles away from any place that carried a 15 inch tire. Lesson learned.

Part numbers - Sendel T05-66655SM wheels, Michelin M/S 2 tires - LTX 225/75/R16 E1

Here are the after pictures...

I got them from the manufacturer (www.sendel.com), you can also get them from the major tire and wheel outlets - like Discount Tire / America's Tire and several places online too.

I just wanted to add that BF Goodrich are made my Michelin also. I've had very good luck with my Goodrich tires on my truck.
