Solar Panel Mounting

The Shell solar panel I just got has pre-drilled mounting holes. I intend to mount the panel flush (flat) with airspace underneath. What is the best way to mount this panel? Using wellnuts? Sheet metal type screws?

The aluminum is not exactly thick on the roof and, just as important, I don't want to have any leaks. Nor, do I want the panel blowing off at 70 MPH on the road. What have others done to securely mount their panels? Do you try to ensure that you have a couple srews going into the ribs?

I intend to seal the mounts, but would like advice on what to use for the sealant. I assume Vulkem, but which one?

Thanks for the help.

I used sheet metal screws to mount our panels. I relocated panel mounts to layout on rib centerlines. The sealant was inserted between the mounting foot and the roof skin. It was provided by RV Solar. Looks like somesort of roofing tar that comes on a backing sheet and is very thin(prox 3/32") You chill it in the fridge, remove it from the backing sheet, roll it in to a small ball and then mash it with the mounting foot and screw. 1st time on the road I checked tightness at almost every stop and they never loosened. No leaks either.
