Looking for a lock and lights for Safari

I am looking for rear lights for a 68 Airstream Safari. I am looking for the lights themselves, not the light assembly. The lights themselves are just under 4 inches wide.

I am also looking for a new lock for the airstream, or a new lock handle. Currently a new lock cost around $230.00, and they are showing to be hard to find. Please contact me if another lock can be found, at a hopefully more inexpensive price.
