Really gross pic
Rigged tent for heat, allowing for access to roof, cut off tip of finger with brand new utility blade, trying to get around under my tent

Inventive use of holes in roof
Used the three holes in the roof to do first pass on polishing roof, popping up thru ceiling, prairie dog style, we did not have pictures of me poking out the top, sorry

Tearing out old electrical
Diane stripped out old 120 v wiring and 12v interior wiring with bolt cutters, it would have taken me forever, as I would be trying to remember each existing run. She allowed me to start fresh.
Sealed for leaks from inside using Rustoleum Leak Seal Flexible Rubber Sealant after all old wiring is gone

Next layer insulation
Install 2” strips of 1/2” thick Owens Corning Foamular from Home Box next to vertical ribs, and about 12” O.C. in between ribs, used carpet tape again, I think I bought over 30 rolls of this stuff

120v & 12v wiring goes in
Install both 120v and 12V wiring over first layer of Prodex, within 1 /2 inch air gap, redesigned electrical layout and moved location of electrical fuse panel, found that Gorilla tape does not hold wiring as well as silver Air conditioning seam tape

More Prodex
Install second layer of Prodex, sealing up wiring and creating ½” air gap, adhere with carpet tape, seal with Silver AC seam tape, we purchased one roll of Prodex and able to easily apply two layers, with some left over for wheel wells

Last layer insulation
Install layer of ½” RMax panel insulation adhered with more carpet tape to fill 1 ½” wall, seal seams with Silver AC seam tape, I hope this will add to sound deadening and possibly add to R value

Another injury - safety warning
Power wash interior skins, Diane found that power washer can go right through your foot, just inside of little toe, but trailer skins clean up very nicely.
Please wear appropriate shoes if you chose to use a power washer

Flooring
Install vinyl sheet flooring, bought vinyl sheet tape, seems to be exactly the same as carpet tape we used for insulation installation. Only glued down the single seam. Measure, measure, check, measure, then cut

ABS plastic interior pieces
Insulate and install refurbished interior wheel wells, Diane has refurbished all interior ABS plastic pieces, with mesh plastic and PVC glue patches and reinforcement. She developed a real talent for this repair.
